Lt Gen Satish Dua

Lieutenant General Satish Dua, PVSM, UYSM, SM, VSM is a retired General officer of the Indian Army who has also served as the Chief of Integrated Defence Staff. As a counter-terrorism specialist, he was the Corps Commander in Kashmir, who planned and executed the Surgical Strikes in response to the terror attack at Uri. As a member of the National Crisis Management Group, he has also coordinated the efforts of the Army, Navy & Air Force in National Crises & Disaster situations.

She has also received the MacArthur Fellowship for Leadership and is a member of the CII - Aspen India Fellows' first cohort.
